Last month, there was some noise around the rumor mill that Horizon: Zero Dawn, that beautiful Dino-Mech, humanity-on-the-rebound, game we saw at E3 last year was going to slip into a 2017 release window. But, like a stubborn teenager trying to fit into her favorite jeans, Sony is still pushing 2016.
Word comes by way of NeoGAF user, who has posted an image of the flyer for Horizon that ships with retail copies of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. A lot of users are still skeptical, however, and with good reason. We've seen neither hide nor hair of Guerrilla Games' latest since E3, but perhaps this E3 they plan to give us a release date? If we don't hear something about this game soon, they can't hope to release it in 2016. Not unless they plan to do a surprise release: no fanfare, no date announcements, one day its just there, likely the featured game on the PS Store.
No, they can't do that.
So! if you have anything to say about it, if you believe the flyer or not and are still expecting this game to be pushed back, let me know! Leave a comment, let's talk about it.
