Apex Legends Adding Solos Mode
Apex Legends has been one of the biggest new Battle Royale games to come out of 2019. Since it launched back in February, players have been requesting a way to compete for victory alone. Until now, the game has only allowed competitors to fight in squads of three, which can become frustrating when one doesn’t have friends to play with and has to fill out the squad with randoms. That will change soon, when the new event, Iron Crown Collection Event, begins on August 13. From Aug 13 thru Aug 27, players will be able to drop solo to compete for the Iron Crown.
A short video from the Apex Legends Twitter account showed the feature in action, along with the words “Next week, only one can reign.” Check it out below.
The Iron Crown Collection Event is drawing near, better get in and get some practice before it’s time to jump in alone. Be ready when Aug 13 rolls around.
