I don't post much about The Division much lately, even though the sheer number of bugs and exploits have become nigh immeasurable, as talking about how things could be fixed isn't going to help. Massive knows what's broken and are actively working to fix it as we speak. Still, this one is worth talking about.
Express.co.uk have found that the world map for The Division's new Incursion has been updated to include the recommended gear score, missions rewards, and the description. The official description reads: "Go head to head with the Rikers and disable their SAM system to secure the Manhattan airspace.”
The Incursion isn't the only big new update coming to The Division, as Community Dev Hamish Bode confirmed during a recent Ubisoft livestream there were plans to "Reinvigorate" the PvE outside the Dark Zone.
This, along with a host of new bug fixes (hopefully), will be a welcome addition as the majority of Manhattan feel rather sparse, with only a handful or fewer enemies on the map once the story has been completed. Once a player has collected everything on the map, there's little else to do. The majority of the remaining content is either in the Dark Zone, which has become something of a hellhole for many players trying to avoid overpowered rogues, or the Incursion, which is still broken in many ways.
Ubisoft have said that they want to avoid giving a date on when 1.2 Update will release so as to give themselves time to make sure this update is "rock-solid." Community dev Hamish Bode has confrimed that they are in the testing phase right now.
"Obviously we know that testing for this patch especially is really, really important. We don't want to repeat the mistakes of the past, we want 1.2 to be rock-solid, so that's the focus right now."
There's still a lot to this post so for all the information nestled within, head over there to Express.co.uk.
