September PlayStation Plus Free Games
With the shedding of August, September comes and brings with it new free games! The PlayStation Blog has detailed what new games will be coming in September. Remember, there is still time to get August free games, Mafia III and Dead by Daylight, until the first Tuesday of the new month, which for September is the 4th.
Alright, that out of the way, let's get to the new free goodies!
Highlighting for Sept is Destiny 2 and God of War 3 Remastered. I'm sure I don't need to explain why these two games are great PS Plus games, but as a special bonus, Destiny 2 is actually available a week early! This is to allow for players try out the new PvP PvE hybrid (known as PvPvE) Gambit during a special 24-hour period on Sept 1.
Available from Sept 4, dive into God of War 3 where you will follow Kratos on his journey for vengeance against the Greek pantheon, in his time before moving to the Norse world. See a bit of where he comes from, who he was before becoming a father to Atreus.
The rest of this month's PlayStation Plus freebies, available from Sept 4, are the following games:
- Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition, PS3 (Cross Buy with PS4 & Vita)
- QUBE Director’s Cut, PS3 (Cross Buy with PS4)
- Sparkle 2, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS3 & PS4)
- Foul Play, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
Don't forget, there are still bonus games available. PSVR horror adventure Here They Lie is free until October 2, while Playlink game Knowledge is Power is free until November 6.
