The Division 2 Easter Egg Hints at next Assassin's Creed
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is hugely popular right now, and developer Ubisoft is no stranger to tossing Easter Eggs in their games. Remember when Watch_Dogs 2 teased Assassin's Creed "Osiris" and a new space exploration game? Well, here's another little tease to pique your curiosity.
Initially found by wiki user AlifMorrisonudin and reported by GamesRadar+, the next Assassin's Creed could possibly be set during Viking times. There is a poster recently found in The Division 2 which features a man wearing a round-top helmet, not unlike the style worn by Vikings. Across the top of the poster is the word Valhalla, the name of the Afterlife in Norse mythology. The person is also holding what looks to be an Apple of Eden. To those who've missed the prior games in the series, the Apples of Eden are artifacts seen throughout the Assassin's Creed series.
The person in the poster also appears to be wearing red and white robes that became the signature of the AC series during the Ezio Auditore era. The images are posted below, for those who want to put on their tin foil hats and speculate with me.
