According to Kotaku, Team Ninja's Ni-Oh is getting a week long demo.
Ni-Oh is shaping starting to have that familiar Dark Souls look to it, but in a Samurai era, and that's not a bad thing. Later this month, we'll get a chance to swing the samurai blade ourselves with the launch of the PS4 alpha.
I'm glad this game is finally releasing, having been announced just over a decade ago, and considering this is Team Ninja, the game is more likely to be a more calculated Ninja Gaiden than a Samurai Dark Souls.
The demo will be available from April 26 through May 5. Ant player who completes the demo will unlock exclusive when the full game launches. Just be warned that you've only got til May 5. After that, you can't even re-download it. Although the way the industry's been the last few years, you can probably pay for it somewhere down the line, but who wants to do that? Paid DLC? Micro transactions? Never!
All the same, interested in this demo. It'll be good to give players a better look into this game.
