While I try not to comment or say too much about rumors, leaks that come from Kotaku and their "reliable" sources are usually not wrong. And in this case, No Man's Sky makes it more believable.
No Man's Sky, initially dated for a June 21 release date, is a huge, ambitious game that looks to build a universe far larger than any other game has even done. With literally billions of plants (18,446,774,073,709,551,616), its a small wonder it has taken some time to get things ready.
Still, Its been a while and I'm sure I can speak for most gamers interested when I say "we're ready for this game now. Please?"
The reported delay comes from Kotaku's "reliable" source, while another source at a retail GameStop said their store had been told to cover up the June 21 date on any No Man's Sky marketing material with a "Coming Soon" label, noting that the "release date for No Man's Sky has change". Said label can be viewed below.
So, what does this mean for the ambitious universe exploration game? Who know, as yet we can't say. But I hope to see something from Hello Games and Sony at E3, at the very least.
Seriously, I want this game, can we please just have it soon...?
