Yakuza 0 and Persona 5 passing over Nintendo Switch and PC

According to a post on Twitter, Atlus USA and SEGA America PR Manager John Hardin announced Persona 5 and Yakuza 0 will be exclusive to PlayStation platforms. 

Persona 5 platforms: PS3, PS4.
Yakuza 0 platforms: PS4.

After Nintendo's official unveiling of the Switch, both SEGA and Atlus were  confirmed to be supporting the Switch in the future. Guess we'll have to wait to see what Atlus and SEGA have in mind for the Switch.
