E3 is almost upon us, which means everybody is speculating, predicting, and getting hyped for tons of big announcements. Along with E3 hype, however, also comes rumors and leaks, and according to Walmart Canada's website there's a lot to get hyped about. Well-known Twitter user @Wario64 has the deets.
If the rumors are to be believed, Splinter Cell fans can look forward to a new entry in the dormant series. The page listing has a lot of placeholders, some are games that have already been announced, others may havebeen over wraps for E3.
Some of the games we already knew about include Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Dreams, Beyond Good and Evil 2, Super Smash Bros, and more.
Among the surprises spoiled are Gears of War 5, Just Cause 4, Dragon Quest 2, LEGO DC Villains, a new Assassin's Creed, Borderlands 3, and most surprising Rage 2. There's also an image for Destiny: Comet , which tends to be a codename for Destiny 2 DLC.
This is all incredibly interesting, and by my opinion, some of these are more shocking than others, most notably Rage 2 . By most accounts, that game did not seem to sell well so a sequel never seemed a reality. LEGO DC Villains and Borderlands 3 also sound intriguing for varying reasons. It'll be a lot of fun to watch how this shakes out at or before E3.
