Nintendo E3 Direct Recap
The final of the "Big 3" Nintendo has wrapped up their Nintendo E showings, though the "Treehouse Live" will be going on for a few days. All the same, their official E3 Nintendo Direct is out there so its time to recap it!
Nintendo's showing started off a bit strange with a new mech-type game called Daemon X Machina. Expect it in 2019.
Following this was an expansion for Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Torna: The Golden Country. Coming this September, 2018.
President of Nintendo of America Reggie Fila-Aime came on to talk briefly about Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! & Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! This update was mostly the same information we already had, but we were told the new Pokéball Plus accessory will come with a Mew Pokémon!
Next up was a trailer for Super Mario Party, which ended with an October 5th release date.
The next trailer announced Fire Emblem Three Houses, coming Spring 2019
Reggie returns to announce the oft-leaked Fortnite Battle Royale coming to Nintendo Switch, available now!
Overcooked 2 got a quick anouncement!
An old arcade classic gets new life as Killer Queen Black!
Gorgeous platformer Hollow Knight is coming to Nintendo Switch with all the DLC, and it's all available now!
We also got a tiny snippet look at Octopath Traveler again, along with the announcement of a new demo coming later this week! The trailer later released (see below) is a character trailer.
Sizzle! Not much new here really, but a good sizzle reel of all their E3 games (and there's a lot!) is always fun.
After that sizzle reel, we got a very long look at a very hyped game, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! Have fun!
